When a cheat that worked yesterday does nothing today, it is almost always one of a handful of things. Work through them in this order and you will solve most problems or at least know what to tell support.
1. Did the game just update?
This is the most common cause. When 2K patches NBA 2K26, tools that depend on the game may need an update before they work again. We track live patches and push compatibility updates after major game changes, and active subscribers get those updates at no extra cost.
Check the status page first. If a patch just landed, the answer may be a short wait.
2. Is your access still active?
Monthly access runs for about a month and needs renewing to continue. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewal. If your monthly plan ran out, that explains it.
3. Do your Windows settings still match?
The product lists these as on: HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM and Secure Boot. A Windows update or driver change can switch settings such as Memory integrity off. Recheck each one using the steps in our system requirements guide.
4. Does your PC meet the basics?
Confirm you are on Windows 10 or 11 with Intel or AMD, at least 8 GB of RAM, and a dedicated GPU. Also check that your internet connection is stable.
5. Cloud DMA
The product page says Cloud DMA is required for full functionality on supported builds. If features are missing or not loading as expected, this is worth raising with support. Our documentation is the place to start.
6. Restart and retry
Close the game and the loader completely, restart your PC, then launch again. It sounds basic, and it fixes a surprising number of issues caused by leftover processes or a half-applied Windows change.
If it still is not working
Open a support ticket or reach us on Discord. Include:
- Your order ID
- Which plan you have (monthly or lifetime)
- Whether the game recently updated
- What you see on screen and when the problem starts
